wickedfleaI think I have a new favorite band: TROGLODYTE. And I'm not normally a death metal fan.
Speaking of troglodytes, I'm not sure I ever let y'all hear the ice-cave discussion from my outpatient thing this summer. Clawed was asking us to describe peaceful places that we could imagine while doing relaxation techniques.
