The dude next door -- the guy who drives me insane by keeping his television blaring crime drama all night -- has what looks like a notice from the power company hanging on his front door. I must admit that when I saw it, I thought for a instant, "BOO-YAA! Disconnected!" Only for an instant, of course, and never at any time did it cross my mind to take this opportunity to crank every sound system in the house up to 11 and force him to listen to Master of Reality while he sits shivering in his dark apartment. Never! That's just unthinkable.
