Whoa! I just found out that the building I work in used to be part of Bryce State Mental Hospital. Werd is that this building housed the criminally insane. Figures. ;)

oh, i know bryce and no, i was never a patient! so, that's where you live? i couldn't figure out by the name of it. in northport, right? see, northport is the bad part of town!

Well, I work right next to the Bryce at the edge of campus--the hospital that's still operating. I guess the university bought some of the old buildings a few years ago and renovated them, and the press moved into one of them.

But yeah, I live just barely in Northport--just off Watermelon Road. And I've heard there's another institution called Old Bryce in Northport, and it's abandoned and fucked up and spooky and all sorts of cool stuff. I may go a-huntin' for it this weekend. =)

i worked in morgan hall and my ex, worked in the biology building right there by you. i can't remember what it was called. so, bryce is no longer? i seem to recall jane saying something about it being gone but it's been so long since i lived there i've lost track.
