Have y'all heard this band called the Arctic Monkeys? I never hear any new music whatsoever because I enjoy being a cantankerous old man who thinks the high-water mark for music was 1986, but this morning a dude at work gave me a copy of their album, and I'm digging the shit out of it, even if the name of the band is stupid. Check it out if you have the means.

I've been meaning to check them out. I think they won some award in the UK for up and coming bands. I know what you mean about the name. Since when are there monkeys in the arctic?

My friend Nevin The Music Writer fucking LOVES the A-Monkeys. I think I tried to give it a listen once, but my musical tastes are all kinds of backwards so I didn't really get into it. He did, however, force upon me a band called The Thrills, which I really did get into.

So...yeah. (I kind of think Arctic Monkeys is a stupid name too.)

There you will find all sorts of music, old and new, to tantalize your brain.
And, it's very affordable too.
Which is nice.
