I love random signs, to the point that when my parents see a funny one, they always call it a "Chris sign."
I think this one has to do with guns, as Samuel Colt developed the first revolver. It still doesn't make a hell of a lot of sense, though--equal to what? Each other? Not in the 19th century, pal.
