Gordo goats, gourds

This was what I saw on the side of the highway in Gordo, AL, today at the little roadside stand where I sometimes stop for boiled peanuts. I've no idea what the goats were doing there. Not to mention the dog.

Did I ever tell you about a town on California called Gorda? It's maybe a block long, if even that.

haha! Gordo's not much more than that. Its only reasons for existing are hosting the annual Mule Day and Chicken Fest and functioning as a speed trap.

Yesterday I saw a sign that said "gouads", and it was handwritten. Hee.
