Yep, it's him. When I saw it on TV a few minutes ago, they showed a longer version that featured him a little more, I think. I was so flabbergasted that I honestly can't remember. I do know that he yells "here we go" at the beginning, which is what made me look over and recognize him.

Those football bastards are getting weirder and weirder with this kind of thing. Monday Night Football now has Faith Hill singing lyrics about the big game to the tune Joan Jett's "I Hate Myself for Loving You."
