When I started drinking coffee, I always killed it with a lot of sugar. Eventually, though, I got tired of fooling with it and started drinking it black. Almost everyone in my family drinks it black, and I think that most Southerners drink it black. I've noticed that a lot of people up here in Connecticutland use cream and sugar. The guy who prints our catalogues brings us coffee a lot, and I always have to elbow people out of the way when it arrives -- I just want to grab a cup, and they want to stand around mixing in various substances.

Oh, and for the poll's purposes, sugar=Sweet 'n' Low=Equal. Any kind of sweetener.
