Goat is yummy. There's an Ethiopian recipe I can't recall the name off, but it's spicy, in a brown sauce and it's served with that big white Sno-Ball of starch.
There are also a lot of Caribbean recipes that use it, which are tasty beyond words but that I can't make because I can't find in in Phoenix for less than $14 a pound when I can get it at all.
Goats aren't cute. They have horizontal, rectangular pupils that are just creepy. Good on ya for scarfing one down.
Wow, I used to eat Ethiopian in CT, but I never had goat. Or maybe I did! I always went for the lunch buffet, so they could have been serving me horse and I wouldn't have known.
