yeah, all the skyscrapers and high rise buildings seem to lock in the nasty, stale air. looking at manhattan from across a bridge in queens makes it seem like one big...bubble of smog and grossness. and the subways, underground - yeck!

ive only been to the south once - memphis in '00 and i hardly remember it. i want to be there when it's REALLY hot just to see what it's like.

I'm proofing our new mailing right now. It reads like Pat Boone wrote it himself (even though my boss did) and I just got to a paragraph that says, "You know, I personally sold over 45 million records and made 12 hit movies without once uttering a profanity or participating in graphically violent or sexual scenes." And I cracked up really loud and the office manager told me to keep it down because my boss is in a meeting.

I want to change the copy to read like this: "You know, I personally sold over 45 million records and made 12 hit movies without once uttering a profanity or participating in graphically violent or sexual scenes. Except for my starring role in FUCKING FILTHY SHIT-WHORE SLUT MASSACRE 5."

YES. But omg have you tried that Bare Minerals stuff? I finally broke down one night around 2AM after having watched the infomercial for like 2 straight hours and I'm telling you, that stuff is AWESOME. It can get super hot and it doesn't get all runny and slimy. You DO get shiny and oily but you can blot it or brush on more stuff.

I highly recommend it for those people who have melty makeup courtesy of the south.
