Who has sneaker recommendations for me? My everyday shoes have been low-top All-Stars for a good fifteen years, and I don't think I've worn another pair of sneakers in that time. But with all the walking I'm doing in the city, the Chucks are gonna eventually kill my feet. I hate the look of most sneakers, though--all those crazy lines and goofy logos and crap. I just want something that'll treat my feets right without looking completely gueer.

NB = Not Bad. They also make a lot of their designs in non-annoying colors and outer-materials.

Timberland and Born also make some great non-athletic type shoes that are good for urban hiking.

Excellent, I'll probably check out New Balance first, as that seems to be the consensus and I'd heard good things about 'em before.
