Attn: Lonzie the Cat

Dear Sir,

Please to be taking notice that the hours of 5-7 a.m. are a most important sleeping time for the Benevolent Mr. Wickedflea, and are thus not the best time for you to be training for the World Feline Gymnastics Championship. Please make a note of it, and schedule your long jumps from the chair to the bed and back for another time, preferably during working hours.

Sleepily,
Me

p.s. -- stop trying to make sexytime with my feet.

Bwahahaha! Too funny. I should have taken heed and known what I was getting into!

You need someone to drop by during your work day just to poke him and wake him up. Then he'll be tired enough to sleep through the night. Dunno if there is such thing as a cat-waking service though...

Hmmmm, good idea! :D Maybe I could turn the phone ringers up loud and call home during the day, and maybe that'd wake him up.

Hmmmm. That's probably a pretty good sign of insanity, though, calling one's cat on the telephone.

It's a good sign of insanity if you call the cat, leave a voice mail, and expect his furry butt to call you back!

Mojo would sleep with me when I first got him and he usually slept through the night, but then he'd start playing with stuff when I was trying to fall asleep so I put my foot down and now my door is closed all night. I feel bad but he doesn't seem to mind, and he always makes sure to wake me up before the sun rises for some breakfast.

Yeah, a few times I've had to put Lonzie out, but I can't stand the guilt. :) he hadn't been that bad to sleep with till recently, but now he's treating my bedroom like his own personal jungle gym.

I just laughed so hard at that I cried.

This morning Loomy, the cat, was chewing on my comic book boxes that are on the ledge near the bed around 7 am. Then she decided I was a mountain and she needed to climb me. Then once she got to the top of the mountain she realized I was laying on my side and there really wasn't a good place to lay on me but that didn't stop her, oh no, instead she found a way to lay on my SIDE.. and then rubbed her head on my arm until I woke up.

I went to bed at 5 am.

Thank god she's cute or I would have thrown her in the alley.

HAHA! Them cats are crazy. I think they sit up at night and plot new ways to wake us up. For a while, Lonzie's preferred method was sticking his nose in my face.

I think my Sushi Badger is trying out for a part as an opera singer when I am trying to sleep at that time.

Oh man, I couldn't handle that! Luckily, Lonzie isn't very vocal except right when I get home and right before I leave the house.

HAHA! I just watched your video of the other cat chasing its tail. Cats are nutso.
